Abstract:   The Religions Education and the Spiritual Characteristic of the Human Being. The fundamental characteristic of human being is the continuous tension towards other realities, other existence. The childhood, the most important period of knowledge, influence and forming, it gives birth to religious and spiritual values after assimilating and living them. The religious education implys the initiation of the student in the great mysteries of living, helps meeting and understanding of the Christian knowledge and the religious existence makes them to do good things and to reverberate. The acquiring role of religious education about influencing the human personality becomes it’s goal, trying to find the spiritual dimensions which leads to transfiguration through communion with God. The spiritual communion realized through education is both rational nature and emotional nature, discovering the beauty of existence through the connection or relation with God and with the others only when they keep them inside and then reverberating them outside. The religious education leads to understanding the moral life in Christ. Accepting and living it, the human being comes out of the loneliness and one-sidedness, finding himself in God.
